Watch Weekend Experience Video

Grace or Disgrace

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but it feels like many in our culture are becoming more polarized, especially with the health crisis and other issues we’ve been experiencing.

We all have different opinions, and it tends to divide us. Hey, if your opinion is different than mine, then you must be wrong! So, I’ll just cancel you, write you off, and voice my opinion on social media while I’m at it. It’s so easy to organize ourselves into camps, and we end up leaving little room for others who think or feel differently than we do. We tend to give grace to ourselves all day long, but not so much to others. It sounds like we all need some grace instead of disgrace, some kindness instead of harshness, some mercy instead of cruelty. Maybe we could learn to value others’ opinions as much as our own.

We hope the weekend experiences we share here help you in your spiritual growth! We encourage you to dig deeper, to seek answers to your questions, and pursue a greater understanding of spiritual truth. Our pastors use a variety of resources when preparing talks, both free (public domain) and purchased. We do our best to quote sources, including but not limited to, messages from other churches, outside communicators / authors and / or written commentaries, books and curriculum.

Feel free to share or use our talks as needed, with our blessing!
